Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan is permanent, not a trial — no payment card, and it never expires. You can run one farm, up to three enterprises, and keep your core records for as long as your account is active. Upgrade only when you need more animals, modules, certificates, or team members.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your record volume, modules, and team size change. Your farm records stay tied to your workspace through the change.
Are there setup or import fees?
Free, Starter, and Grower setup is self-service. Farm Pro and Traceability Pro can include paid onboarding, spreadsheet import, and training. Enterprise migration and integrations are scoped before contract signature.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually on any paid plan and get two months free (about 17% off the monthly price). Annual billing is recommended for Traceability Pro and required for most Enterprise, co-operative, processor, lender, insurer, NGO, and government programme contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment terms are confirmed during onboarding. Paid plans can be paid monthly or annually when billing is enabled; Enterprise customers use invoice-based annual contracts.
