What happens after the trial workspace?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan or speak to the onboarding team. Your farm records remain tied to your workspace while the account is active.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can request a plan change as your record volume, modules, and team size change.
Are there setup or import fees?
Starter setup is self-service. Farm Pro and Traceability Pro can include paid onboarding, spreadsheet import, and training. Enterprise migration and integrations are scoped before contract signature.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is recommended for Traceability Pro and required for most Enterprise, co-operative, processor, lender, insurer, NGO, and government programme contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment terms are confirmed during onboarding. Self-service plans can be paid monthly or annually when billing is enabled; Enterprise customers use invoice-based annual contracts.
